Beach is great, food is above average. Good place to enjoy the beach with toddlers/kids. If you are not staying in the hotel there is an entrance fee but you can redeem it fully. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Awfully disrespectful staff. When we asked what they were aiming for with their deliberate horrific behaviours, they were laughing. Watch out for the management as they are gaslighting when you complain about the quality of service they provide, claiming you are the first person on earth to think the staff are not behaving decently. I assume they don’t read the comments over here. Because the same exact frustrations were shared many times. Apparently gaslighting is chosen over improving. Therefore this can only get worse. It is a shame as the site sits on a beautiful place. But the beauty of the beach is not worth having a nervous breakdown due to their service quality. I definitely had a better day on a public beach.

The breakfast was ok. For 2 days straight I had egg shells in my food, but everything else was good. Service can at times be slow, and communicating our needs were a challenge but all in all it was a nice quiet place to stay in. The rooms were clean, the beds were ok, can't say they're great because they weren't since the mattresses were thinner and less springy than most 4 to 5 star hotels I've stayed at. Communication was a major barrier, expect a lot of hand gesturing. The ladies who cleaned out rooms were so lovely, really enjoyed them. Staff were so friendly and patient with our kids. The manager was friendly and addressed our needs accordingly as well.

Greatest sea I’ve ever been on Marmaris! It’s sandy beach, clean sunbeds and sea is amazing. Plus, it’s animal friendly! The foods are great and the prices are affordable.

Thank you very much for welcoming us so well on this beach. Very friendly staff and extremely tasty food for quite good prices. The dessert was incredible! We will gladly come back again!

Fantastic setting at a beautiful beach with a really modern marina. The surrounding is definitely worth 5 stars. The hotel rooms are decent, once we worked out the Aircon setting. Good three stars. For us the big con is the service. There is more staff than guests here at the moment, so it could be so well run. Instead the stuff is sitting around bored, with no eye for details, forgetting the orders or letting us wait and barely understanding English. While the food in the restaurant is ok, the service is terrible, the breakfast selection process super confusing and then they tried to rip us off with the taxi back to the airport. The place could be fantastic, but it needs better management and training for the many employees around.

Sand, warm water, very good service. You can go there for daily use. Phone before you go. Food is very good too. Worth it. And not far away from the center. Take a taxi.
